Katy Poff MS, RD, LD

Katy is a Registered Dietitian with over 8 years of experience helping people build healthier, more enjoyable relationships with food. Her career has taken her from nursing homes and hospitals to private practice, giving Katy a deep understanding of how nutrition supports health across the lifespan. Katy is a Texas Tech and Lamar University graduate now residing in Boerne, Texas.

Katy is passionate about transforming “what we should eat” into something empowering and pleasurable. Food is more than fuel—it’s comfort, connection, and celebration. Katy's goal is to help people discover what works best for them, without guilt, restriction, or confusion.
