Hello, my name is Shelby Shelley. I have recently moved to Houston with my husband and our three-year-old. I have been a dietitian for almost 7 years. During that time, I have been fortunate to have occupied a few different roles. My first position was as a clinical and food management dietitian in Big Spring, Texas. I developed the ambassador program, drastically improving our patient satisfaction. Briefly, I was a dialysis dietitian in Odessa, Texas. My last position was as a school dietitian in Midland, Texas. During that time, I created menus and assisted in guideline adherence. I am looking forward to working with you!
