Michelle is originally from Honolulu, Hawaii. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Hawaii and completed her Dietetic Internship through Bastyr University. She began her career as a clinical dietitian in the hospital setting, followed by eight years as a renal dietitian in dialysis. Michelle is thrilled about expanding her reach in dietetics into long-term care. She lives in southwest Oklahoma with her husband and two daughters.
