Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care
Our skilled nursing and long-term care dietitians provide geriatric nutrition therapy and understand the changing culture of our aging population. We help facilities implement resident-centered dining and develop menus that are individualized to different cultures and regions. We ensure all clinical documentation is up-to-date and can be available for care plans or interdisciplinary meetings. We assist with mock surveys and provide detailed assessments helping your facility with state and federal regulations.
Hospice & Palliative Care
Our hospice and palliative care dietitians have the upmost empathy and compassion. We work with interdisciplinary teams to help residents and their families make decisions regarding nutrition and hydration for end-of-life care. We focus on quality of life over quantity of life, and our main goal for our patients is to remain comfortable.
Dialysis
Our renal dietitians provide monthly nutrition counseling to patients receiving dialysis. We complete all required nutrition documentation to keep the facility in compliance and are available for monthly quality meetings and care plans.
Pediatric and Community Programs
Our dietitians work with pediatric program including but not limited to Women, Infants, and Children (WIC), Head Start, Early Childhood Intervention (ECI), and daycare centers. We help to develop menus that fit programs needs and budget. We also provide private consultations with families whose children may have food allergies or have issues with their BMI growth chart (underweight or overweight classifications). OdomRD can be provide nutrition therapy at all stages of life including pregnancy, infancy, and childhood.
Private Consultation
OdomRD offers private consultations to individuals or groups to meet your unique needs. If you want to learn how to eat healthy, lose weight, or how to eat for your specific health condition – our dietitians are here for you. Some of the services we provide include education, grocery store tours, cooking classes, and pantry reorganization. We have dietitians in cities all across Texas. If you can not meet with us face-to-face, we can meet remotely through video calls.

OdomRD customizes its valuable collection of clinical nutrition and dietary department resources to meet the needs of other entities - including adding logos and company colors - so the resources feel right at home.
Menu Review & Development
OdomRD partners with its sister company, menubyrd to develop specific menus to accommodate your facility needs. Menubyrd specializes in a variety of menus including long-term care, meals on wheels, child care centers, prisons/justice centers, and pediatric programs and may also provide individualized diets for food allergies, intolerances, and preferences. Menubyrd dietitians also offer training for dietary staff on International Dysphagia Diet Standardization Initiative (IDDSI) diet textures and therapeutic diets.
